It was very heavy but expected...worth every penny very fun to ride

My first EUC so I do not have brand or model bias. I'm an older large man who loved to ski. Seeing others carve with an EUC as you do when skiing sealed the deal for me. Had to try it and I was led to I'NMOTION. My initial concern was the weight limit. The V12S seemed to me like an excellent entry level machine, with a weight rating right for me. Now I have over 162 miles on the V12S in three weeks. Enjoying it more than I ever thought I would. I could nitpick a few things but being my first EUC, I have nothing to compare it to and my complaints are very minor. Overall I give this a 5 out of 5. It has really changed my mood and my life. Love the suspension, it is perfect plush. Going over very large bumps, through pretty deep potholes without compressing my spine proves these shocks are working well. With a heavy guy like myself, that is impressive. Power is very good, pulling me up some very large hills without complaint. Being able to limit the speed is an excellent feature for beginners, which I use. Did not think I'd care about the speakers but turns out I do; Playing my music as I ride it gives me something to flow to. Sound quality is very good. The ladies voice that tells me to"please slow down" I appreciate. Touch screen work flawlessly, is easy to use, easy to see. The shape of the V12S it's not a square box, it has style, looks sharp. Over all it has a very comfortable ride. The trolley handle is spot on, making walking up steps, hills, down hills, ramps a simply task requiring nearly no effort. Pedals are spiked and my shoes have never slipped, giving me confidence to carve harder without fear. Truly blown away that I am riding a one wheel at these speeds never would have dreamed it. The ease of learning was much easier then I had thought it would be. I took my sweet time and did not hurt myself. I'm now flying around like a kid smiling, playing my music, enjoying things I never thought I would again. If you liked to ski, there is not another anything that matches skiing like EUC's do. It is uncanny how similar they are. Except with an EUC you can ski up hill and carving out turns, amazing! Pure genius who ever designed this. Can't praise EUC's enough. Certainly they have helped many people in ways most would never consider. The V12S is splendid machine and filled with smart technology making riding these safe and fun. I can't wait to see where all of this takes me. Hope if anyone is doubting trying this, don't, try it, you will love it. Worth every penny. I've already received a full return for what I paid in smiles.

Update 10/2/2025: I now have over 1000 miles on my V12S. I have pushed it to its limits, it has not failed me once. The firmware is spot on, tilting you back to keep you from over leaning the wheel. Rode it in a rain storm, on purpose. It was POURING buckets of rain. You could not get it anymore wet outside of submerging it into water. It did not fail, did not short and I admit I had doubts. The water proof rating has been earned and proven! One low speed wreck because a skunk punked me with its rear end and I was so focused on it, and not what I was doing, by the time I looked where I was going it was to late. The wheel took it very well to my surprise, having nearly no evidence of the wreck. Very minor scratches, the rubber bumper and jump pads absorbed the hits. ( I was still very much in the beginner stage ).. 9.6 amp charger charges from 25% to 100% in 1hr 27min (can't wait to use the dual charging ports and cut that time in half). High speed runs last me about 30-40 minutes, with an average of 15 miles, with my weight and all the hills, that is still impressive. That is wide open the whole time, no breaks. Highest motor temp I have recorded is 147f. Cruising rides where I keep the speed between 15-25 mph to get distance, last 1-1.3 hrs (that is plenty of ride time for your feet). Miles on an average are 20+. Carving the whole time, none stop, which I love to do. Again, very long uphill runs. This distance is very impressive. Do I won't more? of course, I am human, we always want more! I can not find anything really wrong with the V12S. It performs for me every single night, 2 to 3 times each night. In the cold, in the rain and without complaint so far. No regrets at all about my purchase. This is more fun then anything I have done in a very long time. I thank God for it all and all who made this possible. I'NMOTION makes a great wheel, I feel I might be a bit biased now.

I love the V12S. I originally started with the V9 because it was the first UL Certified option available. It’s lightweight and nimble—perfect for keeping in my trunk and pulling out for quick errands. I didn’t hesitate to upgrade to the V12S, which offers a sleeker design, higher speeds for city commuting, and hydraulic shocks for a smoother ride. I genuinely enjoy both models and will continue to explore future offerings in this lineup, as long as they include UL Certified safety and Ride Connect features. InMotion has taken what was once a niche, experimental market and transformed it into a more polished, mainstream product—showcasing how these vehicles can deliver both convenience and power in a compact form.

you can't set it down. I sent a message requesting a new kickstand showing the pictures and they sent a replacement and a credit for a free seat to compensate

So i purchase the inmotionV12S. This purchase i got was for for their creator program, they have some steps thats need to be done, agent KK was helpful help me all the way through the process and even senta direct invoice straight the check out. I was on vacation when i purchased it, the delivery was quick i was still on vacation when fedex try to deliver it. So i ended up calling fedex to request a vacation hold, at the same time KK was on top of her game reminding me of my delivery but i explain itto her that i already contact fedex. All in all i have a great experience highly recommemded
