I had a very bad experience. The scooter was defective (dead on arrival) and it took a very long time to get resolution. It felt that InMotion was not very responsive in my request to return the scooter. They beat around the bush, trying to avoid the return process. After opening a dispute with the bank, I was able to finally get a response from InMotion, forcing them to allow the return for the scooter. Very unprofessional. They begged me through several emails to update my review so here I am, updating my review. I will not be updating my rating, however.
As a taller rider, finding an electric scooter that actually fits my frame has always been a challenge—until I discovered this gem. From the moment I unfolded it, I could tell this scooter wasn’t your average ride.
Comfort & Design:
The deck is wide and sturdy, giving my feet plenty of room without feeling cramped. The handlebars are adjustable and tall enough for someone like me, eliminating the awkward hunching I’ve experienced on other scooters. The overall build feels solid and premium—no squeaks, no wobble, just confidence in every ride.
Performance:
The motor packs serious power, easily handling my weight without slowing down. Acceleration is smooth and controlled, and the top speed is impressive for commuting or cruising around town. Even hills aren’t a problem—it climbs with ease while keeping stability.
Safety & Handling:
The brakes are responsive, and the suspension absorbs bumps like a dream. I feel secure even at higher speeds or on uneven pavement. The wide tires add extra stability and confidence when taking corners.
Battery Life & Range:
Battery life is outstanding. I can comfortably go 25–30 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough for a full day of commuting or exploring. Charging is straightforward and fast enough to get back on the road quickly.
Verdict:
Finally, a scooter designed with big and tall riders in mind! It’s comfortable, powerful, and reliable. If you’ve struggled to find a scooter that accommodates your size, stop looking—this is the one. Worth every penny.
I just purchased the S1F, and it's a great scooter. The handling, suspension, stability, and battery life are outstanding! I'm not very skilled with apps and the technical side of things, so I contacted customer support. They were very responsive and helped me walk through the app and Bluetooth pairing. Sport mode is okay for a 250lb guy, but ECO and D modes are worthless. The hill climbing is very poor. It absolutely gives up on anything other a very gradual hill. Overall, not impressed.

Please note that the ECO and D modes are specially tuned — their throttle response is not set to 100%. These modes are designed for different rider groups and scenarios. Some riders prefer smooth, lower-speed acceleration for safety and comfort, while others enjoy instant acceleration in Sport mode. That’s why the acceleration and top speed vary depending on the mode selected.
For riders who value stronger hill-climbing ability and faster acceleration, we would recommend considering our RS series, which is designed with higher performance in mind.
